STANDARD BOOK COMMERCIAL LICENSE, and FULL COMMERCIAL LICENSING INFORMATION

Option 1) LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE 

LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE OPTION - These designs are priced to fit an author's budget with the LIMITED COMMERCIAL licensing option being the more affordable option. The ROMANTICALITY LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE allows the author to use the design on 1 book cover (this same design can be on the same book but in these formats- kindle cover, paperback, hardback, audible cover), and 5 social media marketing graphics. **The image MUST BE ALTERED with your own overlay of text and MUST NOT be posted or USED or SHARED as an unaltered image with no alterations or text overlay. You are restricted from sharing, redistributing, or reselling this design in its original form. To do so violates the copyright I have in place and the commercial licensing agreement.

· You are allowed to use the images for the specified above final products that are of your own design and result in our image having undergone creative alterations. NOTE: If you use editing software to add your book title name and your author name and overlay it on top of the raw image, then save this as a new image, resulting in the final product with alterations, this qualifies as an altered image. 

Please be aware, the purchase of this commercial license does not transfer the copyright. ROMANTICALITY still holds the copyright to this art and can continue to sell the image to other customers. With the commercial license we are simply allowing you to purchase the use of this image for your cover and marketing designs as specified in the commercial licensing terms above.

Option 2) STANDARD BOOK COMMERCIAL LICENSE

STANDARD BOOK COMMERCIAL LICENSE OPTION - The ROMANTICALITY STANDARD BOOK COMMERCIAL LICENSE comes at a higher cost but grants you more freedom to use your design on any number of books covers, any number of physical book marketing materials, and any number of social media book marketing graphics as you see fit. This license is for book promotion and distribution and not for any other industry or product promotion.

· This product is intended for commercial use, but you are not allowed to SELL, SHARE, or REDISTRIBUTE the images in their original format. You are not allowed to claim the designed was designed by anyone apart from ROMANTICALITY.
· You are allowed to use the images for book promotion or publication. 
· You are allowed to use the images as long as the raw image is ALTERED, and the final product is of your own design and the raw image has undergone creative alterations.

Just click the link, and you're on your way to designing your own book cover and marketing materials. I recommend you do this is CANVA or Photoshop, but you can use any design platform you choose. Tangent Templates is also a phenomenal tool for designing books and covers.
